As of October of 2015, we had 28,000 registered nurses and 7,000 clients. Our nurses are carrying out activities which meet the needs of the clients. We are providing a medical staffing business overflowing with sincerity from the viewpoint of the clients and the people receiving nursing care.

We placed a 26 year old with 4 years of clinical experience (3 years in a mixed hospital ward and 1 year in a clinic) in the internal medical clinic and a 32 year old with 8 years of clinical experience (5 years in a brain surgery hospital ward and 3 years in out-patient services) to work 3 times a week for the day shift and a 25 year old with 5 years of clinical experience (4 years in a mixed hospital ward and 1 year in an ICU) to work 2 times a week for the evening and night shifts in the surgical ward. The 3 month working period was completed in April. From July, we received additional requests for a 2 month period at an internal medicine ward.

In addition, we offer a number of services such as nursing during health check-ups, nursing for home-visit bathing assistance, home-visit nursing, in-home nursing care, emergency care during sporting events, nursing care at school infirmaries and health instruction at schools. We also have public health nurses and maternity nurses registered in our system which enables us to offer specialized services.
FAQ
- How many days beforehand should I request services before we can be placed with nurses?
The earlier you make a request, the higher the probability is of a nurse being placed. In addition, we have had numerous cases where we have received a request the day before and were able to provide services. Moreover, if there are no nurses who meet your needs, a number of nurses come in for interviews for registration every day. It may take a little time, but we may be able to select a nurse from one of the newly registered nurses.
- I am worried about what kind of nurse will be placed.
Our advisors have nursing qualifications so we understand the needs of hospital directors and head nurses. We select nurses which meet these needs.
- Are there restrictions on the periods and times to request nurses?
There are no restrictions on the periods. It is possible to request a nurse for 1 day a year and we offer daily outsourcing over many years or permanent outsourcing. We also provide 24 hour services day and night. However, as a rule, we ask for an assurance of at least 4 hours of work per request.
- How much does this service cost?
Contact us about the costs as the costs vary depending on factors such as work contents and time. The contract is established after the price is agreed upon and the payment invoices are made for the actual amount of work so you can request our services with peace of mind.
- Can you introduce full-time workers?
It is possible for us to introduce full-time workers. However, this requires agreement from all parties involved and a placement fee is charged.
